Credit-based License on Construction Sites: Advantages and Challenges According to Experts – Marco Lanzani interviewed by Adnkronos

ARTICLES AND INTERVIEWS
🚧🦺 Starting today, October 1st, the credit-based license system comes into effect on construction sites, with the goal of holding companies accountable and encouraging the adoption of stricter safety measures. This system is expected to impact the entire construction sector, introducing new responsibilities for contractors as well.
“As designed, the newly introduced point-based license in the construction industry could serve as the ideal tool to establish a sort of rating system among operators in the sector, based on their compliance with regulations. Ultimately, it could help project owners select contractors who adhere to safety standards“, explains Marco Lanzani interviewed by Adnkronos on the subject.
