Ughi e Nunziante strengthens its Capital Markets, M&A and Private Equity team with the appointment of Francesca Ricci as partner.

At Ughi e Nunziante since 2017, Francesca studied at Luiss and SDA Bocconi, and is an expert in corporate governance, financial markets, corporate law and international contracts.

Francesca has assisted many companies in the listing process on the regulated market and on AIM, and has worked for important clients in the energy and pharmaceutical sectors. She also has experience at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and at Norton Rose Fulbright, and was an independent director of listed companies.

Francesca Ricci works in the Milan office of Ughi e Nunziante, where the firm is present with two offices and a multidisciplinary team composed of 7 partners.
