Lawyer Palombi’s entry into the Rome office adds to the recently announced addition of five partners at the Milan and Verona offices.

Palombi counts major industrial and financial players among his clients and focuses on corporate/M&A, commercial contracts and privacy.

Previously, Palombi worked at NCTM and Salonia e Associati, a boutique firm specializing in employment law, where he served as head of the corporate/M&A and privacy department, assisting domestic and international clients in significant extraordinary transactions.
