“(…) Digitalization, especially in recent years with social media and new ways of transmitting information, and more recently with artificial intelligence, is radically transforming communication and cultural paradigms.”

“To give an example, the so-called ‘information pollution’ is a critical issue: today, correct and objective information circulates with equal dignity alongside completely false content, sometimes openly fabricated, sometimes provided in a more devious and hidden manner. Traditional solutions, such as banning certain content, run the risk of being worse than the problem itself, as they may be counterproductive and ineffective”.

“(…) To the question of whether lawyers will be replaced by artificial intelligence, the answer – which I read on the web and which has become my own – is that they will not be replaced by artificial intelligence, but by lawyers who know how to use it“.
