Ughi e Nunziante was assisted by Canadian law firm Dale & Lessman, with Andrew Frei and Mandy Jassy.

Gryphon Advisors was sold by The John Family Trust, the family trust of Dexter John, which was advised by the law firm Stikemann Elliott.
