Ughi e Nunziante has named Benedetto Colosimo partner of the Firm as part of a plan to strengthen the banking and finance practice with a focus on the fintech sector, in which Mr. Colosimo provides assistance to supervised entities including banks, payment institutions and crowdfunding operators.

He has been in Ughi e Nunziante since 2008 and Counsel since 2019, Benedetto Colosimo has many years of experience in extraordinary operations.

Mr. Colosimo is a member of various advisory committees of investment funds and provides assistance to international and national clients in the pharmaceutical and health sectors, where he has assisted pharmaceutical groups in the reorganization of their activities in the Italian market, as well as healthcare institutions in the construction of complex infrastructures.
