Ughi e Nunziante assisted Signature Flight Support UK Regions, in the acquisition from SEA Prime, assisted by EY, of 40% of Signature Flight Support Italy. With the transaction, the buyer achieves 100% ownership of the Italian business of which they already own 60%.
