Ughi e Nunziante gives life to the new Latin American Desk which will be led by Eduardo Lorenzetti Marques who joins the studio as Of Counsel.

With the new Desk, the firm develops its offer for cross-border transactions and disputes between Italy and Latin America, inbound and outbound, on the entire portfolio of the firms’s practices.

Italian-Brazilian, Eduardo holds an LLM from the London School of Economics and a PhD from the University of Sao Paulo. He served as a university professor for more than 15 years and is the author of various international publications. He founded its own firm, with offices in Brazil and Argentina, and for over 25 years has been assisting Latin American companies in their investments in Europe and international clients operating in Latin America, particularly in Brazil. Eduardo is licensed in Brazil, Portugal and Italy, and is President of the Foreign Investment Commission and of the Latin American Lawyers Forum of the UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats).

The Latin American Desk will also include Roberto Munhoz de Mello, also of Brazilian nationality, who enters as senior associate, mainly dealing with litigation.
