Ughi e Nunziante promotes Riccardo Maraga to Partner

PRESS RELEASE

The partners’ meeting of Ughi e Nunziante has resolved to promote lawyer Riccardo Maraga to partner.

Having joined Ughi e Nunziante in 2017, Riccardo Maraga specializes in labor law, assisting companies and industry associations in managing employment relationships. His expertise includes employment contracts, corporate restructuring, incentive plans, and industrial relations. Since 2018, he has participated as a technical expert in the renewal negotiations of national collective labor agreements (CCNL) for the Tourism Industry, Air Transport, and Cableway Systems.

He collaborates with leading organizations and associations such as Federturismo-Confindustria and ANEF, supporting them on labor law issues and business transformation processes. He also operates in the fields of Data Law, Privacy & Cybersecurity, providing guidance on regulatory compliance and data protection.

A Ph.D. in Labor Law, he attended the AGI School of Labor, Trade Union, and Social Security Law and, in 2023, was awarded the title of Specialist Lawyer (Avvocato Specialista) by the Italian National Bar Council (CNF).

He is an Adjunct Professor of Labor Law at the Faculty of Medicine of Sapienza University of Rome and a lecturer in the Master’s programs in Labor Law and Social Security and in Law and Sports.

This promotion reflects Ughi e Nunziante’s commitment to recognizing and fostering the growth of its top internal talent.
