Ughi e Nunziante assisted Mirato Group, leader in the beauty sector, in the acquisition of 55% of the share capital of Tintolav, a leading company in the professional and household cleaning sector.
The acquisition represents a strategic step for Mirato, already owner of well-known brands such as Malizia, Splend’Or, Intesa, Geomar, Clinians and I Provenzali. With this transaction, Mirato aims to strengthen its presence in the Italian and international market, expanding its offer in the home care sector for the mass market channel and entering the professional segment.
Tintolav, whose 45% of the capital will remain in the hands of partners Stefano and Luca Pulido, will continue its activities while maintaining an independent sales network. The collaboration with Mirato will create synergies aimed at innovation, sustainability and international expansion, with the aim of responding to the needs of a constantly evolving market.
