Ughi e Nunziante provided legal advice to Plangreen and Plangreen2E, Energy Service Companies (ESCo) active in direct investments for the realisation of energy efficiency projects, for the signing of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) agreement with the Municipality of San Mauro Pascoli, in Emilia-Romagna.

The agreement provides for the realisation of photovoltaic systems on municipal buildings, a significant step towards improving the municipality’s energy efficiency.

In addition, the deal includes the creation of a Renewable Energy Community (REC), an initiative that promotes the local production and sharing of renewable energy, contributing to the territory’s ecological transition.

Ughi e Nunziante’s team, led by Partner Tiziana Fiorella, with the support of Associate Alberto Taverniti, assisted Plangreen and Plangreen2E in all phases of the public evidence procedure that led to the signing of the PPP agreement, as well as in relation to the preparatory aspects for the implementation of the projects envisaged in the agreement
